How long will it take for my order to be shipped, and when can I expect to receive it?

The shipping time for your order depends on the brand. It may be dispatched on the same business day or take 1-2 days to ship. In rare cases, unforeseen delays may occur. On average, delivery is expected within 4-7 days. Any extended delivery times beyond that will be specified on the product page. What if my product is damaged?

Inspect your item(s) upon arrival, noting any damage, even to the box, when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to orders@theoutdoorshoppe.com and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Upon order placement, you'll receive a confirmation email with credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.
