Shipping Policy

The processing time for your order is 1 to 2 days. It's important to be aware of the 6 p.m. cut-off time for order placement; orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.

For shipping, your order is expected to arrive within an average of 4 to 7 days, and if the order equals or exceeds $200, you qualify for free shipping. Orders below $200 will incur a flat fee of $15. Please note that we currently only provide shipping services within the United States, and international shipping is not an option.

The majority of our orders are shipped through third-party freight carriers, typically using 18-wheelers. If your order includes items shipped via a freight carrier, you will receive a notification to arrange a curbside delivery time. Ensure that you provide the correct phone number during checkout for this purpose.

Upon placing your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, verifying that your order has been received by our system and your credit card has been approved for the purchase. Your card will not be charged until the item is shipped, unless it's on backorder and we need to hold it for you.

Once your order reaches our system, we initiate the processing immediately.
